YouKits Announced 40m SK-1A SSB/CW QRP Transceiver.

YouKits, the manufacturer of kit QRP transceivers and peripherals, announced the SK-1A single band transceiver.

The transceiver is for the 40m band and it supports both SSB and CW modes. Here are the specs:

RX: 5.9-8MHz

TX: 7.0-7.3MHz

Power consumption: RX 60mA with backlight on, 50mA with backlight off. TX 0.8A

Output power: 5-6W @ 12VDC, 8-9W @ 13.8VDC
