Yaesu FT-991/A Firmware Upgrades Released

Yaesu FT-991/A Firmware Upgrades Released on January 16th.

Yaesu has released firmware upgrades for both the FT-991 and its successor the FT-991A HF/50/144/430 MHz radios. There are no significant release notes for the firmware upgrades, other than a mere “Improved and optimized” note. This most likely means that the firmware upgrades contain minor bug fixes.

The “MAIN” firmware has been updated to version 02-19 for the FT-991 and to version 01-07 for the FT-991A. Please note that you cannot upgrade the firmware of the FT-991 with the firmware of the FT-991A and vice versa.
